Affordable Resident Fees

Transitioning into aged care living can be challenging for residents and their families. That’s why we charge just a single all-inclusive and affordable resident fee each fortnight which covers accommodation, meals, laundry, servicing of rooms, use of communal facilities and all social programs and activities provided at Gracevale Lodge.

Residents are responsible for their own personal expenses including medicines, pharmaceutical items, mobility aids and public transport costs.

Also, as a low-needs care nursing home, we don’t not require any upfront fees or accommodation bond, asset calculation or ACAS assessment, so we can accept residents, on approved application, as soon as suitable accommodation becomes available. We also don’t charge any exit fees.

We have the flexibility to welcome residents for permanent, short term and respite care to suit your needs. All residents are eligible for government rental assistance, and we work closely with all resident assessment teams.

Gracevale Lodge is family owned and operated, and receives no government subsidy or health insurance benefits.
