Our facility is specially designed to provide large welcoming community dining and living spaces and furnishings so our residents can instantly feel at home. We have beautiful gardens and large open outdoor spaces with tables and chairs that are perfect for being active and socialising with other residents in our low-needs care nursing home. We charge a single all-inclusive and affordable resident fee each fortnight which covers accommodation, meals, laundry, servicing of rooms, use of communal facilities and all social programs and activities provided at Gracevale Lodge. No upfront fees or accommodation bond, and no exit fees.
As a low-needs care nursing home, we don’t require a formal aged care assessment, so with minimal ‘red tape’, we can accept you or your loved ones into Gracevale Lodge on approved application as soon as suitable accommodation becomes available.

We don’t require any upfront fees or accommodation bond, and the resident fee doesn’t depend on any income or asset calculation or ACAS assessment so we can accept residents, on approved application, as soon as suitable accommodation becomes available. All residents are eligible for government rental assistance.

We provide full high-quality bed linen, towels and laundry services, so you only need to bring your clothes and a blanket. Our residents’ rooms are fully furnished for comfortable living, and include a bed, armchair, bedroom furniture, wardrobe and shelving, so you can simply move in with a suitcase! We encourage our residents to decorate and furnish their rooms with photos and ornaments to enjoy and personalise the space in their room. After all, this is your home!
