Gracevale Lodge is a fully accredited Supported Residential Service (‘SRS’) in Warragul, West Gippsland, offering 24 hour onsite personalised care for residents in their 20’s onwards with low-level physical disability or mental health disorders, those who are aged or frail and those from socially disadvantaged or vulnerable circumstances who seek a happy and secure communal home.
Our residents enjoy 24 hour personalised residential, health and wellbeing care through high quality physical, social and nutritional programs in a secure, welcoming and home-like environment. Our trained carers are dedicated to helping our residents with secure medicine management and daily living tasks and routines including grooming, dressing and personal hygiene.
Our experienced health care team works closely with our residents’ families, NDIS, mental health and other allied health professionals to develop, and update regularly, a personal care plan for each resident to ensure that each of our residents receives the highest standard of care and support for their mental and physical health and wellbeing.
With affordable resident fees covering all accommodation, meals, laundry, servicing of rooms, use of communal facilities and all social programs and activities at Gracevale Lodge, and with no upfront accommodation deposit or formal ACAS assessment required, we can accept residents, on approved application, as soon as suitable accommodation becomes available.
We have the flexibility to welcome residents for permanent, short term and respite care to suit your needs, with single, twin share and deluxe couples rooms and a range of private, shared and communal bathrooms to suit our residents’ preferences and budget. All residents are eligible for government rental assistance.

Gracevale Lodge offers affordable permanent and short-term supported residential service (SRS) accommodation. Our trained staff are experienced in providing 24-hour personalised care and support for our residents so they can continue to enjoy their interests and independence while living among friends in a comfortable and nurturing communal home. Our SRS care includes secure medicine management, help with daily personal hygiene and grooming routines, mobility assistance, providing nutritious, well-balanced meals, full laundry services and a wide variety of seniors care programs and activities including regular low impact exercise programs, music therapy, art and craft opportunities and regular visiting entertainment to help our residents maintain their physical, social and mental health and wellbeing, maintain their independence and community connections and make the most of their stay at Gracevale Lodge.
At Gracevale Lodge, our residents pay an all-inclusive resident fee each fortnight which covers accommodation, meals, laundry, servicing of rooms, use of communal facilities, all specialised care and support services, and all social programs and activities provided at Gracevale Lodge. We don’t require an accommodation bond, and the resident fee doesn’t depend on any income or asset calculation or ACAS assessment so we can accept residents, on approved application, as soon as suitable accommodation becomes available. All residents are eligible for government rental assistance.

We provide full quality bed linen, towels and laundry services, so you only need to bring your clothes and a blanket. Our residents’ rooms are fully furnished for comfortable living, and include a bed, armchair, bedroom furniture, wardrobe and shelving, so you can simply move in with a suitcase! We encourage our residents to decorate and furnish their rooms with photos and ornaments to enjoy and personalise the space in their room. After all, this is your home!
